Since then, the company has grown into one of Southern Alberta’s leading providers of roofing, siding, eavestrough, and exterior finishing solutions.

Coy brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. He works closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams to understand their needs and develop exterior systems that balance performance, durability, aesthetics, and budget.
Known for his can-do attitude and commitment to delivering results, Coy plays an important role in guiding commercial projects from the initial estimate through to successful completion.

Zachary Herman serves as Head of Residential Operations and Sales at Peerless Building Products, overseeing residential estimating, sales, project coordination, and the continued development of the company’s residential division.
Having grown up around Peerless, Zachary was introduced to the exterior construction industry at an early age

Having grown up around Peerless, Zachary was introduced to the exterior construction industry at an early age while accompanying Wayne on job sites and learning the values that helped build the company. Today, he carries forward that commitment to innovation while helping modernize Peerless through digital systems, improved processes, and new approaches to customer service and project delivery.
Zachary is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Victoria. By combining his business education with lifelong industry experience, he is helping position Peerless for continued growth while maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and local values the company was built upon.
